Welcome to this year's city nature challenge. What started as a friendly competition between science centers in Los Angeles and San Francisco has grown into a global effort. Almost 700 cities and areas around the globe are now participating. Watch this space for more details and announcements.

It is day one of the City Nature Challenge
We have lots of observations and a lot of different kinds of organisms. We are doing great for our first year. Be sure to tell your friends. We have until Midnight Monday to make our observations for the 2024 City Nature Challenge Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand count.
